Delivery & Returns
UK delivery only (international delivery will be considered in due course).
Cards are produced to order. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.
Prints are produced to order. For unframed prints and standard orders, please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. For framed originals and prints, please allow 7-10 working days for delivery. However, if you do need your purchase in a hurry, please get in touch and I’ll do my very best to help.
I will use the best packaging to ensure your items reach you in perfect condition. I care passionately about the environment; all packaging is eco-friendly, recycled, recyclable or re-used appropriately. Unframed mini prints and cards will be packaged using compostable bags and fully recyclable board mailing envelopes. A4 and A3 unframed prints will be posted rolled and wrapped with tissue and compostable film in sturdy fully recyclable postal tubes. Framed originals and prints will be posted in the re-used packaging from my frame manufacturer or fully recyclable picture frame box.
Unframed mini prints and cards will be dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class post. All other orders under £100 will be dispatched via Royal Mail using the Tracked 48-hour service. Orders over £100 will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. Alternatively, orders can be collected from my studio which is in the NR15 area.
I want you to be as happy as a Jack Russell with two tails with your order, and therefore offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, excluding personalised items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging for resale. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email email@example.com. If your return is accepted, I will send you a return address. You will be responsible for the return postage and for the item until it reaches me. I cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of returned goods nor if they are damaged in transit and would suggest you use a tracked service for returns ensuring you have covered the value of the item.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If an order is damaged or faulty, please take a photo and email it to me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of you receiving your order so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
